golfdata.online is operated by Canary Tech Labs S.L., a Spanish limited company (details below), in accordance with Spanish law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE). Contact: hello@golfdata.online.

Club data on this site is collected from public sources and shown with its source and verification date. If you represent a club and want a fact corrected or removed, write to us; corrections are made without charge.

Controller: Canary Tech Labs S.L., hello@golfdata.online. We process personal data under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Spanish LOPDGDD 3/2018.

Visitors: no cookies, no page-view analytics, no advertising identifiers. We use cookie-less, sampled performance measurements (Vercel Speed Insights). Server logs keep technical request data for security for a short time.

The free check: you enter a website address; we read that website's public pages like a visitor would and store the result under the website's hostname. No personal data of yours is stored with a check, and nothing is sent to the website owner.

Report requests and reservations (forms): club name, your email, your role and the consent version, stored to send you the report and to contact you about the offer (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time). Kept for 24 months after the last contact.

Club accounts: your sign-in email, your club claims and, for members, the billing state. Sign-in uses one-time links; the session is an essential, httpOnly cookie that does not track you. Legal basis: the contract with your club.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we never see your card number. Invoices are kept for the periods tax law requires (currently 6 years in Spain).

Emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.) from our own subdomain. We keep a record of each automated email as a hash of the address, the kind of email and the date, so that we never send the same email twice and so that an opt-out is permanent.

Exposure figures count what goes through golfdata.online: AI assistants reading club pages here and tool calls to our MCP server, per club and assistant family. We do not record visitors' identities, IP addresses or questions, and we never count or see visits to a club's own website.

Hosting: Vercel (Frankfurt region) and Supabase (EU data centre). Providers act as processors under data-processing agreements. No data is sold.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by email to hello@golfdata.online. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

AI Ready is a subscription for golf clubs: monthly readiness checks of the club's website, the monthly exposure report, the fix-it report, the deep check, the club's verified facts on its golfdata page and through our MCP server, and the AI answer check.

Prices: 19 € per month, 190 € per year, or 149 € per year for the first 20 founding clubs (price kept for as long as the membership continues). Prices are before VAT; VAT is added at checkout according to the buyer's country, and a business invoice is issued when a valid VAT id is given.

Renewal and cancellation: the membership renews automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time before renewal from the account page (Stripe customer portal). A full refund is given on request within 30 days of the first payment.

What we do and do not do: we read the club's website like any visitor (robots.txt, the home page and a few information pages), we never change anything on it and we never scan it for vulnerabilities. Scores describe readability for AI assistants. We do not promise, and cannot influence, a position inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or any other assistant.

Verification: a club is verified when the sign-in email belongs to the club's own website domain, or after a manual check by email or phone. We may refuse or withdraw a claim that is not the club's.

Liability: the service is provided with reasonable care; our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Spanish law applies; courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, without prejudice to consumer rights. Questions: hello@golfdata.online.
